We offer a complete satisfaction guarantee for all our online training and publications. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just let us know within 30 days and we will refund your money, no questions asked.

Registration fees for in-person workshops and training are non-refundable, but substitutions are welcome. If you are unable to attend a workshop for which you have registered, notify us by two business days in advance of the event and we will credit your fee towards a future registration. We reserve the right to cancel workshops for any reason including under-enrollment and will fully refund all canceled events.
